My brother, aunt and I visited Baguio last December 24. It was just a whole day trip as Baguio is just an hour and a half away from our town in Pangasinan (just like a trip from Manila to Tagaytay). We visited the usual places which have not changed at all. Noticeable though is that Baguio is now more populated and there are more pay 'clean' comfort rooms. :P We had lunch at the famous (or so) 'Rose Bowl' Restaurant which I saw in an episode at a certain travel show. I loved their steamed white chicken with ginger. :) And as usual my brother and I enjoyed the shopping part. He bought several shirts while I spent most of my money on 'pasalubongs.' We went crazy over the various veggies we saw at the market. How we wished our house is just near Baguio and we can use those fresh lettuce for salads and cook the broccolis and prepare chopsuey. Quite obvious we both love to cook eh? :)
